If we send a proposed crop or correction, we wait up to 5 business days for your reply. If you approve it, we produce that approved version. If you do not reply within that period, we produce using the original crop submitted with the order, not our proposed correction. Approval never removes remedies if the delivered item differs from the approved proof or the contract.
